Job summary

Intigral-Inc is seeking a Manufacturing Superintendent for the 2nd shift to direct daily plant operations, including production, quality, and safety, with a focus on lean execution and budget adherence.

The role requires leading cross-functional teams, coordinating with supervisors and cost accounting, and driving cost reductions while maintaining product quality. A Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of manufacturing leadership are expected.

Qualifications

• Requires Bachelor's degree in Business/Engineering/Management/Operations.
• 5+ years of progressive manufacturing leadership experience.
• Strong analytical and decision-making skills.

Responsibilities

• Execute the plant manufacturing budgets.
• Provide day to day leadership for the successful operation of the facility.
• Coordinate plant activities with supervisors to meet objectives in a timely and cost-effective manner.
• Estimate production cost and communicate changes for management review.
• Work with Quality Manager to ensure work instructions are followed for quality products.
• Maintain a superior safety and housekeeping program and communicate initiatives.
• Conduct performance appraisals and coach operations staff.
• Drive lean initiatives to improve workflow and lead Kaizen events.
• Monitor expenses and identify cost reduction opportunities while maintaining quality.
