Columbia Machine, Inc. is seeking a second shift assembly technician to build machinery from blueprints and schematics. Responsibilities include wiring, pneumatics, hydraulics, and electrical construction, with tasks covering reading prints, leveling, and fastener identification.

You will work on multiple projects, use power tools, and maintain safety while working at heights on ladders and lifts. High school diploma required; 1–3 years in assembly preferred.

Formación

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1-3 years in an assembly area or related field preferred.
• LEAN Principles knowledge.
• Ability to operate as part of a team and mentor others.

Responsabilidades

• Assemble machinery from blueprints, schematics or verbal instructions.
• Read hydraulic/pneumatic schematics and electrical prints.
• Identify correct lubrication and proper fasteners (SAE/Metric).
• Read tape measures to 1/16" and level readings.
• Proficient with power tools and able to work at heights.
