Job summary

Sharp Packaging Solutions, part of UDG Healthcare plc, is seeking a Line Lead II to supervise packaging operations and drive efficiency on a 2nd shift. You will lead a team, ensure GMP compliance, and coordinate with the Production Supervisor to meet daily schedules.

The role requires strong documentation, communication, and leadership skills, with experience in pharmaceutical packaging and a solid foundation in MS Office.

Qualifications

• Preferred 4-year BS/BA in a technical discipline or 2-year associate with 3–5 years pharmaceutical packaging experience.
• Experience in inspection of pharmaceutical or related industry is required.
• Good documentation and communication skills; strong organizational and planning abilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop a productive and achievement‑oriented working environment for employees.
• Communicate supervisor's orders and ensure daily production tasks are completed on time.
• Maintain GMPs and safe line/area conditions; assist with line changeovers and clean checks.
• Assist with production performance metrics reporting and line efficiency improvements.
• Provide training to designated peers and supervise daily operations as assigned.
