Job summary

E.A. Sween Company in Greenwood County, South Carolina is seeking Packagers to join our 2nd Shift team. This role involves packing sandwiches into bun trays and corrugated boxes at designated line speeds and actively supporting our Lean initiative.

Starting pay is $18 per hour with a $1.25 shift differential, on a Mon–Thu 4pm–2:30am schedule. Candidates must be able to lift up to 30 lbs, write and communicate in English, and adapt to a fast-paced, safety-conscious production environment.

Qualifications

• Must be able to write, count and communicate in English.

Responsibilities

• Pack sandwiches in bun trays and corrugated boxes at designated line speeds.
• Support the Lean initiative of the company.
• Rotate positions on a 30-minute basis and follow standard work.
• Monitor labels and pricing on sandwiches to ensure accuracy.
• Maintain a clean, safe, organized work area and comply with GMPs.
