Job summary

CRH seeks an experienced maintenance professional to troubleshoot, repair, and maintain structural foam presses, injection molding presses, and related auxiliary equipment. The role covers electrical, plumbing, and HVAC PM, with emphasis on safety, quality, and 5S/Lean standards.

Responsibilities include daily machine troubleshooting, safety compliance, and supporting machine rebuilds while coordinating with production, tooling, and other departments to meet performance goals.

Qualifications

• 5+ years manufacturing maintenance experience.
• Read / write – English.

Responsibilities

• General and preventative maintenance of all equipment.
• Maintenance of systems: air, water, vacuum, nitrogen, hydraulic, mechanical, electrical.
• Assisting in all machine rebuilds and upgrades.
• Daily production machine troubleshooting and repair.
• Document repairs and PM of equipment.
• Fabrication of fixtures as needed.
• Improve safety conditions plant wide.
• Follow lean concepts (5S, Kaizen, Kan Ban).
• Work with other departments to achieve goals.

Job Summary

Troubleshoot, repair and perform maintenance on structural foam presses, injection molding presses and all auxiliary equipment. Facility maintenance including electrical repairs, plumbing repairs and HVAC PM. Requires good communication skills and adherence to all plant Safety, Quality, 5S and Lean standards

• Perform other related duties as assigned by management

Job Requirements

• 5+ years manufacturing maintenance experience
• Read / write – English
• Overhead crane and fork truck operation
• Ability to use standard shop hand tools
• Advanced measuring and machining skills
• Experience in machine troubleshooting / repair
