Job summary

Rotex, a Hillenbrand company, is hiring a Manufacturing Team Member for 2nd shift in Cincinnati, OH. The role involves assembling screens using mesh, plates, and fixtures, with duties including operation of related tools and equipment in a safety-focused environment.

Shifts run Monday-Thursday, 3:00pm–2:00am with overtime opportunities. Benefits include PTO, 401K match, and comprehensive medical plans, plus a $1,500 sign-on bonus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent.
• Basic mechanical aptitude required.
• Experience with hand and power tools and/or in an industrial setting.
• Ability to follow safety policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Assemble screen meshes, perforated plates, and other items to screen frames per drawings and specs.
• Operate and maintain equipment used in screening assembly.
• Work with hand and power tools to build metal screening structures and related components.
• Adhere to PPE requirements and safety policies.
