Job summary

Eurofins USA BioPharma Services in Lancaster, PA, is seeking a Second Shift Lab Analyst to perform analytical testing on Bio/pharmaceutical ingredients and products. You will review data, prepare reagents, and ensure GMP/GLP compliance while working with mentors and a dynamic team.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in microbiology or related field, plus hands-on lab skills. Full-time, second shift (Tue–Sat, 3pm–11pm) with benefits, commutable from Lancaster, PA and not remote.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in microbiology, biology, or related degree concentration.
• Must have authorization to work in the US indefinitely without sponsorship.
• Microscopes and biological safety cabinets.
• Media preparation, Pipetting, Organism/culture preparation, Serial dilution, Aseptic technique.

Responsibilities

• Applies GMP/GLP in all areas of responsibility, as appropriate.
• Ensures high quality standards in all tasks.
• Communicates effectively with clients and team members.
• Meets quality and productivity metrics and collaborates with teammates.
• Maintains regular attendance and punctuality.
• Performs laboratory operations with accuracy and precision.
• Prepares reagents, samples, and standards according to procedures.
• Documents testing, observations, deviations, and results clearly and compliant with regulations.
• Reads analytical procedures and internal SOPs.
• Uses MS Windows applications like Excel, Word, Outlook.
• Processes data, generates reports, and evaluates data.
• Maintains laboratory and workspace; willing to overtime as needed.
