Monti, Inc. is seeking a Saw Operator to read blueprints, adjust setups, and monitor parts on metal saws, poly saws or shears for quality and safety.

You will verify material types, change blades, calibrate machines, and complete paperwork while maintaining 6S standards and coordinating with team to meet production goals. The role requires attention to detail and teamwork in a fast-paced environment.

Formación

• Requires high school diploma or equivalent and forklift certification.
• Experience reading blueprints and basic measurement skills required.
• Basic math and computer skills needed for documentation and quality checks.

Responsabilidades

• Starts, stops, and sets up machines safely.
• Operates the saw and watches for defects.
• Uses measurement tools to verify dimensions.
• Completes quality checks and paperwork.
• Verifies material type before cutting.
• Changes blades, cleans sensors, and calibrates machines.
• Maintains 6S standards at workstations.
