Job summary

IFF is seeking a Material Handler for its Hazlet, NJ facility on the second shift (2:00pm–10:50pm). You will perform manual duties moving products and materials, verify shipping/receiving accuracy, and complete stock picking safely with inventory accountability.

Qualified candidates have a high school diploma, forklift certification, and experience in warehouse environments. Proficiency with RF scanners and SAP, plus GMP/AIB/ISO familiarity, is expected.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent education.
• Previous experience in a warehouse or materials handling environment.
• Forklift truck license or certification.
• Working knowledge of computer systems and warehouse technology.
• Ability to accurately pick, weigh, and document materials.
• Understanding of GMP/AIB/ISO requirements.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety and quality.

Responsibilities

• Accurately pick materials and weigh out batches according to production requirements.
• Locate and move stock safely while maintaining productivity, quality, and accountability.
• Ensure inventory accuracy and proper material handling throughout the shift.
• Perform RF scanner activities and complete SAP transactions correctly.
• Follow GMP, AIB, and ISO guidelines to support compliance and product integrity.
• Operate material handling equipment, including forklift trucks, in a safe manner.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
