Job summary

StatLab Medical Products in McKinney, TX is seeking a Material Handler to support production lines. You will perform material handling, label printing, pallet assembly, and shifting materials to keep lines stocked and efficient throughout each shift.

The role emphasizes accuracy in inventory, safe manufacturing procedures, and teamwork during 2:00pm–10:30pm shifts with OT opportunities. Starting wage is $16.82/hr plus a $0.75 shift differential for second shift.

Qualifications

• Basic computer usage including mouse.
• Skilled with a pallet jack.
• Ability to learn label printing software.
• Basic understanding of English to read work orders and write information.
• Ability to perform basic addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division using all units of measure.
• Ability to visually inspect required coding, product labeling, and finished goods to match products with the appropriate packaging.
• Ability to develop thorough understanding of operational procedures to practice safe manufacturing.
• Ability to meet physical demands of the job including standing, bending, lifting up to 25 pounds.
• Position spends ~95% standing and 5% walking in production areas.

Responsibilities

• Material handling – 100% of the time.
• Prepares operations for the next shift start up each morning.
• Stages material at lines for that shift’s production schedule.
• Returns to stock all unused material from previous shift.
• Labels and erects cases and boxes for lines in operation.
• Keeps vials and cap hoppers filled for each line.
• Prints labels for jobs throughout shift, as needed.
• Moves pallets to the warehouse and wraps finished pallets.
• Completes required inventory transactions with each receipt/transfer.
