Responsibilities

• Operate and shape: Use machines to cut, punch, bend, weld, or shape materials into specified components.
• Prepare and set up: Set up machines and confirm specifications using drawings, blueprints, tablets.
• Lift and position materials: Safely use lifting devices to position materials or parts.
• Ensure quality: Perform inspections to ensure materials meet exact specs.
• Contribute to improvement: Participate in continuous improvement and corrective actions.
• Maintain and organize: Track inventory, perform machine maintenance, support housekeeping and 5-S.
