Job summary

ABB in Selmer, TN is seeking a Production Operator to operate process equipment and convert materials into finished parts on schedule and to the required quality. You will follow ABB standard processes, execute tasks per production orders, and maintain safety and compliance as part of daily duties.

This onsite role supports the ABB busway plant, with responsibilities including machine set-up, routine maintenance, recording outcomes, and ensuring accurate tracking of units and finished products.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 2 years manufacturing/industrial/machine operation preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine machinery set-up, adjustments, and replace parts as needed.
• Maintain records of set-ups, repairs, and maintenance activities.
• Track approved/defective units and final products.
