Job summary

Manpower, Inc. is seeking a 2nd Machine Operator II in Wisconsin to join a leading manufacturing team. You will operate and set up metal fabricating machines, fabricate, drill, and read blueprints to meet specifications while maintaining safety and quality standards.

This role requires a high school diploma or GED and at least 2 years of machine operation experience, with the ability to read English technical documents. Shift is 1:30 pm to 9:30 pm with potential overtime.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• At least 2 years of machine operation experience.
• Ability to read blueprints and technical documents in English.

Responsibilities

• Operate and perform basic setups on metal fabricating machines with minimal supervision.
• Fabricate, cut, shape, and drill metal workpieces to meet specifications.
• Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and shop orders.
• Ensure safety standards and maintain a clean work environment.
• Perform preventative maintenance on equipment and support continuous production.
