Responsibilities

• Serve as the subject matter expert for complex mechanical and machine tool issues.
• Perform major machine tool rebuilds, reconditioning, and precision fitting.
• Conduct advanced diagnostics on mechanical and electrical systems.
• Troubleshoot and repair machine tool components, including electronic circuitry to the component level.
• Dismantle, rebuild, and reassemble machine tool subassemblies and complete systems.
• Perform precision alignment, leveling, scraping, and mechanical adjustments.
• Organize, tag, and document machine components for accurate reassembly.
• Identify, repair, or replace damaged mechanical and electrical components.
