Qualifications

• 3+ years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing setting for MA/MS graduates.
• Experience supervising union-represented employees.

Responsibilities

• Lead salaried and hourly employees and develop new processes.
• Plan and allocate resources, materials, and equipment scheduling.
• Champion lean initiative tools to reduce downtime and improve quality.
• Provide leadership to 2nd shift fabrication manufacturing processes.
• Meet or exceed safety, quality, and productivity targets.
