You will read blueprints and P&ID, troubleshoot 480V systems, and program VFDs while ensuring GMP compliance and safe operations in a highly automated environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in instrumentation maintenance and process controls.
• Ability to read electrical schematics and P&ID diagrams.
• Familiarity with 480V systems and industrial control panels.

Responsibilities

• Repair and maintenance of electrical and process control systems for a highly automated food processing facility, to operate in the safest and most productive condition.
• Possess the ability to troubleshooting 480 systems
• Installation, repair, calibration, and maintenance of instrumentation used in process controls, analyzing systems, valves/actuators, and other pneumatically controlled devices
• Determines causes for malfunctioning instruments and takes appropriate action to improve system reliability
• Variable frequency drive programming and troubleshooting
