Job summary

Winona Powder Coating is seeking a Hanger to support the production hanging process on 2nd shift (2:00 pm – 10:00 pm). You will hang parts accurately per job cards, inspect for defects, and ensure compliance with quality, safety, and housekeeping standards.

Responsibilities include following process cards, maintaining PPE, and assisting supervision to support production flow and quality objectives. High school diploma or GED and basic computer skills are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Basic computer skills required.
• Manufacturing or production experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Hang parts in accordance with job cards, process cards, or foreman instructions.
• Inspect parts for defects including rust, tape residue, or damage prior to processing.
• Follow all quality policies, procedures, and work instructions.
