Job summary

Winona Powder Coating Inc. seeks a Hanger to support the production hanging process on the 2nd shift. You will hang parts according to job cards or foreman instructions, while ensuring quality and housekeeping standards are met.

Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED and basic computer skills; manufacturing experience is a plus. PPE must be worn at all times and you will assist in maintaining production flow under supervision.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Basic computer skills are required.
• Manufacturing or production experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Hang parts in accordance with job cards, process cards, or foreman instructions.
• Inspect parts for defects including rust, tape residue, or damage prior to processing.
• Follow all Winona Quality policies, procedures, and work instructions.
• Maintain acceptable housekeeping standards in assigned work areas.
• Properly wear and use required personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times.
• Support production flow and quality objectives as directed by supervision.
