Job summary

LGI foundation in Harlan, IA is seeking a Production Operator for the 2nd shift to support multiple production areas. Base pay starts at $21.50 per hour with a $2.00 shift differential. Benefits include 401(k) with company match, nine paid holidays, and PTO starting at 120 hours per year.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Stable work history in agriculture, production, or manufacturing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate in various areas of production with accurate documentation of tasks.
• Assist in dumping, grinding, processing, and packaging activities.
• Maintain clean, safe, and organized work environment; follow GMP/SSOP/SQF procedures.
