Job summary

Ryder System, Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Forklift Operator in Spring Hill, TN. This role offers weekly pay, benefits and training to advance within a safety-first supply chain environment.

Responsibilities include loading, picking, packing, shipping, receiving and forklift operation. You will maintain accurate paperwork and support automated packing systems, while collaborating in a diverse team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• One year or more related warehouse experience preferred.
• Valid Forklift Operator's License required.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Able to work in a diverse environment.
• Detail oriented with excellent follow-up.
• Must be punctual with good attendance.

Responsibilities

• Perform warehouse functions: loading, picking, packing, shipping, receiving, forklift operation and cycle counting.
• Meet contract performance measurement guidelines.
• Ensure accurate picking/packing, auditing, tote induction, staging, and loading/unloading trucks.
• Handle day-to-day paperwork (picking sheets, returns, bills of lading).
• Provide maintenance support for automated packing systems during core production hours.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
