Dralle A/S in Vonore, TN is seeking a Forklift Operator to handle forklift, crane and yard dog operations, assembly of kits per client specs, and safe material transfers. You will oversee safety, quality, and continuous improvement in the warehouse environment.

The role requires operating forklifts/cranes, maintaining workflow, and supporting maintenance and CI initiatives while adhering to SOPs and 5S practices. Flexibility for overtime is required.

Responsabilidades

• Operate yard dog, forklift, and trailers safely during placement and transfer.
• Maintain a constant, efficient flow of material through the process.
• Set up and understand kitting prints, PWO, BOM, and loading requirements.
• Stop production or equipment when quality issues or safety concerns arise.
• Maintain regular attendance and punctuality.
• Assist maintenance and participate in preventative maintenance.
