Qualifications

• Must read and interpret BOMs, PWO, and customer prints to meet loading requirements.
• Identify and correct safety and quality issues promptly.
• Must operate yard dog, forklift, and related equipment safely.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; ability to work across teams.

Responsibilities

• Operate yard dog, forklift and trailers to move loads.
• Maintain steady material flow and stage loads for efficient processes.
• Set up and interpret kitting prints, BOM, and loading requirements.
• Stop production or equipment if quality or safety concerns arise.
• Participate in maintenance and CI initiatives as needed.
