Har-Tru, LLC in Troy, VA is seeking a dependable Forklift Operator for the 2nd shift (Mon-Thu, 3:30 p.m.–2:00 a.m.). This full-time role loads, unloads, and transports materials and finished goods within our manufacturing and distribution facility.

You will operate forklifts safely, perform routine maintenance checks, and support inventory and warehouse organization. The position requires attention to detail, teamwork, and the ability to work four 10-hour shifts.

Qualifications

• Must have proven forklift experience in a manufacturing or warehouse setting.
• Strong understanding of safety procedures and protocols.
• Ability to lift heavy objects and work in a physically demanding environment.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Operate forklifts to move materials and products within the facility.
• Load and unload trucks, ensuring safe handling of materials.
• Perform routine maintenance checks on forklifts and report issues.

• Assist with inventory management and warehouse organization.
• Collaborate with team to meet production goals and deadlines.
• Perform additional material-handling and general warehouse duties as assigned.
