Rugby Architectural Building Products is seeking an experienced Material Handler / Forklift Loader for our second shift in Lebanon, TN. You will load customer orders, operate a sit-down forklift, and help keep the warehouse organized to ensure on-time deliveries.

Qualifications

• Sit-down forklift experience required.
• Warehouse/shipping or material handling experience preferred.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent attendance and reliability.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds and team-lift up to 100 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Load trucks with products for customer deliveries.
• Safely operate a sit-down forklift.
• Verify materials loaded match customer orders.
• Move, stage, and organize inventory throughout the warehouse.
• Load and secure materials for shipment.
• Maintain warehouse organization and cleanliness.
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
• Attend required safety meetings and training.
• Support other warehouse functions as needed.
