Rugby Architectural Building Products is seeking an experienced Material Handler / Forklift Loader to join our second shift warehouse team in Lebanon, TN. The role focuses on loading customer orders, operating a sit-down forklift, and ensuring accurate and safe handling of materials.

Qualifications

• Sit-down forklift experience required.
• Experience in warehouse, shipping, receiving, material handling, or distribution preferred.
• Experience loading flatbed trailers preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Organized, self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Load trucks with products for customer deliveries.
• Safely operate a sit-down forklift.
• Verify materials loaded match customer orders.
• Move, stage, and organize inventory throughout the warehouse.
• Load and secure materials for shipment.
• Maintain warehouse organization and cleanliness.
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
• Attend required safety meetings and training.
• Support other warehouse functions as needed.
