Job summary

JBS Foods USA is seeking an hourly Forklift Driver/Warehouse Tech for the second shift in Mason, Ohio. The role involves operating forklifts and warehouse equipment, stocking, shipping/receiving, inventory checks, and maintaining a safe, clean work environment.

Starting pay is $20 per hour with a $1 shift differential, plus standard benefits. The ideal candidate will have forklift certification, 3+ years in warehouse operations, and ability to read and follow procedures.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 3 years in a warehouse environment.
• Forklift certification preferred and beneficial.
• Experience with WMS and barcode scanning is advantageous.
• Ability to speak, read, and write English.

Responsibilities

• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment.
• Participate in shipping, receiving, storing and issuing of goods.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse.
• Assist in physical inventories and reporting.
• Identify safety concerns and report them promptly.
