Job summary

FXI is seeking a Second Shift Production Associate in Auburn, Indiana. The role focuses on assembling and packing bedding components, meeting production schedules and quality expectations.

You will identify foam types, create and issue SAP tags, and stage materials for shipment while adhering to customer packaging instructions. Training is provided; previous manufacturing experience helps but is not required.

Qualifications

• Ability to perform basic math and count materials.
• Ability to read and follow written and verbal instructions.
• Willingness to cross-train and work in multiple production areas.

Responsibilities

• Assemble and pack bedding components to meet work orders and quality standards.
• Identify foam types and prepare items for packaging; measure dimensions as required.
• Read and follow customer packaging instructions and stage materials for shipment.
• Operate equipment such as a convoluter when needed and generate SAP tags.
