GENERAL STATEMENT OF DUTIES: The Facilities Manager isresponsible for the planning, direction and supervision of allday-to-day activities related to second shift operations, custodialcare, and maintenance of campus buildings and residence areas. Thisposition requires a flexible work schedule that can includeweekends.
Reports to the Interim AssistantDirector of Facilities Management
Supervises classified employeesassigned to related areas of the Facilities Department
This is a full-time, permanent, benefited position within the APAbargaining union. The annual salary for this position is $62,000 -$65,000 per year. This is a second shift position. Hours areMonday-Friday 3pm-11pm, with some weekends required.

Retirement: The MA State Employee Retirement System provideseligible employees with a retirement pension following a 10-yearvesting period. In lieu of the retirement pension, eligibleemployees may select the Optional Retirement Plan with a maximum 5%employer matching contribution.
