Job summary

DHL Supply Chain in Justin, TX is seeking an Operations Supervisor – Distribution to lead a second shift and ensure efficient warehouse operations. You will coach frontline associates and drive safety, productivity, and continuous improvement across the distribution network.

Requirements include a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, 1+ years in lead/supervisor roles in operations or logistics, and strong staff management and planning skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, preferred.
• 1+ years of operations experience in a lead/supervisor/management role, preferred.
• 1+ years of logistics industry experience, preferred.
• Staff management, workload planning, objective setting, and organizational skills, preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate and develop a diverse team of frontline associates, providing coaching, guidance, and support while building a culture of inclusion.
• Proactively uphold compliance with health and safety regulations, fostering a culture of heightened safety awareness.
• Monitor key performance indicators and operational metrics, track performance, identify improvement areas, and provide regular reports and analysis to management.
• Foster an environment of open communication and collaboration, facilitating regular and effective dialogue among leadership and associates to promote transparency, alignment, and teamwork.
