Job Title: Second Shift, Large and Small Format Digital Print Operator and Shift Team Lead

Job Type: Full-time/2nd Shift
Hourly, Non-Exempt / 19.00 - 21. 00 per hour/ Wage to be determined by skill set and experience
Schedule:
Position involves, but not limited to:
· Train and learn how to operate with proficiency Artisan’s MIS platform, PrintIQ. All jobs go through this MIS platform and the 2nd Shift Team Lead must be in a knowledgeable position to train future employees once proficiency is established
· Train and Learn to operate with proficiency all relevant Large and Small Format Digital printing finishing equipment to fulfill daily production
· Lead 2nd Shift Staff: Leads, Coaches, and mentors staff under Large and Small Format Digital Printing Divisions. Creates a positive, sustainable work atmosphere that builds a foundation of trust and respect.
· Ensures daily production priorities are met, optimizes schedules and quality controls standards to accomplish business goals. Looks ahead to tomorrow’s production requirements.
· Works with Sales team as a trusted production Team Leader to produce high quality results, resolve customer challenges, overcome demanding schedule obstacles and creates a winning atmosphere where Sales and Manufacturing work together as a team.
· Works in tandem with leadership to set manufacturing policy and procedures, monitors employee performance to meet company standards. Applies continuous improvement and lean manufacturing principles to achieve maximum efficiency, reduce waste and build a strong team committed to be the best they can be the best they can be
· Develops action plans and executes to the plan. Will be able to monitor performance, predetermine obstacles and workarounds should any hindrance arise
· The primary goal of the Second Shift Team Lead is to build a strong team of employees under their lead that understand the company’s vision. Inspiring employees through communication, integrity, know-how and day-to-day rapport building begins the ultimate journey of getting employees to buy-in to the organizational goals and therefore building a winning team capable of overcoming all obstacles
General Skills and Requirements :
· Previous Large and Small Format Printing Experience (*Please list any equipment requirements if you want)
· Self Motivated and Self Monitoring, Has the ability to flourish with minimal guidance, demonstrates unquestionable integrity in all aspects of work and dealing with others. Models desired behaviors and values established by the company.
· Excellent analytical, written, verbal, and digital communication skills
· Highly organized, creates strategic plans, puts them in motion and measures effectiveness
· Comprehends IT as it correlates to business operations
· Results Oriented, Drives Continuous Improvement, Follow through to completion
· Employee must be able to be on their feet for up to 8 hours
· Ability to lift 50 Plus Pounds
· Ability to reach and bend without restriction
· Excellent analytical, written, verbal, and digital communication skills
· Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and juggle multiple projects with tight deadlines
Job Qualifications:
Education: high school diploma or equivalent, Previous Large and Small Format Print Experience
