DATAMARK is seeking Customs Clerks to support back-office processing on the second shift. The role involves reviewing shipment documentation, interpreting regulations, applying tariff classifications, and maintaining high accuracy in a fast-paced environment.

Candidates should have a High School Diploma or equivalent, strong typing (45 WPM) and data entry (6000 KPH) skills, and be proficient with multiple systems. Teamwork and meticulous attention to detail are essential.

Qualifications

• Detail-oriented and accurate in handling shipment documentation.
• Typing at least 45 WPM with high accuracy (98%).
• Data entry at 6000 KPH with high accuracy (98%).
• Strong computer literacy and ability to navigate multiple systems.

Responsibilities

• Review and process shipping and customs documentation accurately and efficiently.
• Analyze manifests and supporting shipment documents.
• Apply tariff codes and make decisions based on classification guidelines.
• Enter and update information across multiple systems and applications.
• Ensure compliance with customs regulations and internal procedures.
• Conduct research and interpret information to resolve discrepancies.
• Meet quality and productivity standards while maintaining accuracy.
