DATAMARK is seeking detail-oriented Logistics Clerks to support back-office operations handling logistics, transportation, and customs documentation. Candidates should excel in data entry, review shipping documents, and ensure accuracy across multiple systems.

Ideal applicants have experience with logistics or related processes, strong keyboarding skills, and the ability to learn process-driven workflows in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Review and process logistics, shipping, customs, and transportation documentation.
• Accurately enter and update information in multiple database systems.
• Validate shipment information, invoices, manifests, orders, and supporting documents.
• Review tariff classifications, product information, and shipment records according to guidelines.
• Identify discrepancies and elevate issues when necessary.
• Verify data accuracy and completeness before processing transactions.
• Work across multiple applications and dual-monitor setups.
• Maintain productivity while handling repetitive tasks.
• Follow procedures and client requirements.
