Job summary

Koniag Government Services is seeking a part-time Custodian to support PAC and government client in Williamsburg, KY on the second shift (5:00 PM–2:30 AM). The role focuses on keeping the facility clean and orderly with strict safety awareness, and requires ability to obtain a Public Trust.

The position is union, and candidates should be able to lift 25–50 lbs, work independently or with a team, follow detailed cleaning instructions, and be reliable for weekend work.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift 25-50 lbs.
• Prefer high school diploma or GED and 0-2 years' experience.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills with coworkers and supervisors.

Responsibilities

• Cleaning of entrances, lobbies, corridors, offices, conference rooms, work areas, floor surfaces, restrooms, locker rooms, shower stalls, water fountains, utility sinks, etc.
• Maintain the appearance of exterior grounds, parking lots, loading docks, and sidewalks
• Emptying wastebaskets/ and trash receptacles
• Dusting of high and low surfaces, including overhead lights and pictures, and using cleaning products to clean or polish soiled surfaces
• Vacuuming carpets and light spot removal duties
• Washing windows and glass cleaning
• Capable of performing heavy cleaning duties, such as cleaning floors, shampooing rugs, and washing walls
