Job summary

Koniag Information Security Services, LLC is seeking a Part-time Custodian on the second shift to support PAC and their government customer in Williamsburg, KY. The ideal candidate must be able to obtain a Public Trust. Responsibilities include cleaning various areas and maintaining exterior grounds.

Preferred candidates will have a high school diploma or GED and some experience. The position requires strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team.

Qualifications

• Follow detailed cleaning instructions and learn troubleshooting skills.

Position Summary

PacArctic, LLC a Koniag Government Services company is seeking a Part‑time Custodian on our second shift to support PAC and our government customer in Williamsburg, KY. This position requires the candidate to be able to obtain a Public Trust. This is a union position.

Essential Functions, Responsibilities & Duties

• Cleaning of entrances, lobbies, corridors, offices, conference rooms, work areas, floor surfaces, restrooms, locker rooms, shower stalls, water fountains, utility sinks, etc.
• Maintain the appearance of exterior grounds, parking lots, loading docks, and sidewalks
• Emptying wastebaskets and trash receptacles
• Dusting of high and low surfaces, including overhead lights and pictures, and using cleaning products to clean or polish soiled surfaces
• Vacuuming carpets and light spot removal duties
• Washing windows and glass cleaning
• Capable of performing heavy cleaning duties, such as cleaning floors, shampooing rugs, and washing walls

Requirements

• Must be able to lift 25-50lbs.
• Prefer high school diploma or GED and 0‑2 years’ experience.
• Work well with our cooperative and motivated cleaning staff
• Follow detailed cleaning instructions and learn troubleshooting skills
• Clear written and verbal communication skills with coworkers and supervisors
• Capable of working with a team or independently to achieve departmental goals, including multitasking skills
• Must be available to work second shift 5:00 PM to 2:30 AM. Must be available for occasional weekend work
• Must be dependable, hardworking, conscientious, and cooperative
