Qualifications

• The candidate must be a dependable and meticulous custodian to maintain the cleanliness and organization of our commercial facilities.
• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• General custodial experience is a plus but not necessarily.

Responsibilities

• Perform general cleaning tasks like sweeping, vacuuming, wiping, dusting, and emptying garbage and recycling.
• Drive to one or multiple assigned buildings as part of daily duties.
• Order and manage cleaning supplies provided by Pfefferle for our client use.
• Restock supplies such as soap, paper towels, and toilet paper.
• Report maintenance issues in the buildings.
• Ensure OSHA compliance by enforcing safety protocols.
• Perform additional cleaning duties as assigned by the supervisor.
• Approve timecard every end of pay period.
