Creative Dining Services is hiring a full-time Cook for the second shift at Darlington School in Rome, GA. The role focuses on producing high-quality, well-seasoned meals, following recipes, and maintaining safety standards in a cooperative dining services team.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of cooking experience and a ServSafe certification. The position offers full-time hours, competitive pay, benefits, and a $500 sign-on bonus with staged payments.

Formación

• Minimum of 2 years cooking experience.
• High School diploma or equivalent preferred but not required.
• ServSafe Certification.

Responsabilidades

• Time food production so all items are ready at service time.
• Prepare food items per established recipes and menus.
• Utilize batch cooking to manage production.
• Follow safe food handling techniques at all times.
• Maintain logs of temperatures and other critical data.
• Keep a clean and sanitized work area.
• Be prepared to open/close the kitchen as needed.
• Assist with ordering and inventory procedures.
