AGC Heat Transfer in Fairview, OR is hiring a CNC Machinist II for second shift. This role requires 3+ years of CNC mill experience, reading blueprints and applying GD&T, strong math skills, and a team-focused mindset to produce precision components for heat exchanger production.

You’ll operate CNC Mills and Lathes, select tooling per drawings, and maintain safe, efficient shop practices while supporting continuous improvement and quality craftsmanship.

Qualifications

• 3+ years CNC mill experience required.
• Strong math skills: feeds/speeds, geometry, trig.
• Ability to read blueprints and GD&T.
• Maintain a safe, clean work environment.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC Mills and Lathes.
• Select tooling based on drawings and specs.
• Read and interpret blueprints including GD&T.
• Verify part accuracy with precision measuring equipment.
• Move materials between stations and operate forklift.
• Support shop organization and safety initiatives.
