Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Must be 18 years of age.
• Knowledge of design and capabilities that can translate into efficient operation.
• Manufacturing experience in the corrugated industry preferred.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule.
• Ability to follow detailed instructions including reading a tape measure and blueprints.
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment.
• Team-oriented and self-directed.

Responsibilities

• Secure proper cover sheets, tie sheets, and load tags for production runs.
• Set-up bundler, hold down arm, load former, and delivery end of machine accurately.
• Stack finished product in accordance with factory master.
• Ensure each unit has proper top and bottom cover sheets, tie sheets, and load tags.
• Monitor quality and report quality problems to Operator.
• Report final count of piece unit to operator.
• Complete necessary reports in an accurate and timely manner.
• Turn in maintenance work orders for needed repairs; participate in equipment maintenance.
• Meet all company safety policies and report concerns about maintenance.
• Duties may be expanded and additional duties may be assigned.
