We are seeking experienced Second Press Operators for our Lomira, WI location, for both gravure and offset departments. The role involves setting up, operating, and maintaining press equipment, assisting the First Operator, and supervising press crew activities during downtime and make-ready periods.

Key Responsibilities
  • Make-ready and operate press based on provided instructions.
  • Maintain color, fold, and mechanical quality to BPC standards.
  • Monitor product quality and approve or reject as needed.
  • Lead and coordinate activities of press crew members.
  • Perform make-ready duties and routine maintenance.
  • Complete all required documentation accurately.
  • Assist with cross-training and provide training to team members.
  • Follow all safety policies and report hazards immediately.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications
  • Ability to work irregular schedules, including rotating day/night shifts.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work overtime and independently or as part of a team.
  • Physical ability to lift up to 70 pounds, stand for long hours, and perform controlled hand/wrist movements.
  • Availability for 12-hour shifts, including weekends and overtime.
  • High School Diploma or GED preferred.
