Job Overview

We are seeking an energetic, self-starting, organized, and detail-oriented candidate with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment to join our team as a Partial Claims Specialist.

Job Responsibilities

The Partial Claims Specialist will be responsible for validating documentation for Partial Claim mortgages. This includes auditing notes and mortgages within HUD's system for loans insured by HUD.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of office experience; 2+ years in the mortgage industry is a plus
• Strong data management skills
• Knowledge of FHA guidelines and familiarity with HUD guidelines
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Superior organizational skills
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite and other specialized software applications
• Typing speed of 60-80 WPM
