Job summary

Celsius Holdings, Inc. seeks an SEC Reporting Staff Accountant to support the accuracy and timeliness of the company’s SEC filings for the CELSIUS®, Alani Nu®, and Rockstar® brands. You will coordinate with GL, tax, international teams, legal, and auditors.

Required: Bachelor's in accounting; 1–3 years public accounting or SEC reporting; knowledge of US GAAP; advanced Excel; strong communication. Office-based role with potential for bonus/RSU

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting required; Master's degree a plus.
• 1–3 years of public accounting and/or SEC reporting experience.
• Knowledge of U.S. GAAP and SEC reporting requirements.
• Proficient in MS Office applications with advanced Excel skills.
• Strong communication, attention to detail, and analytical ability.
• Ability to meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to work in the office daily; Workiva experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain schedules and tie-out docs for quarterly/annual SEC filings (10-K/10-Q/8-K).
• Prepare audit support schedules and respond to auditor requests across cycles.
• Support interim and annual disclosure checklists and supplemental schedules.
• Prepare monthly reconciliations and journal entries for close.
• Research technical accounting matters and prepare memos under ASC guidance.
• Monitor new GAAP pronouncements and SEC updates for timely adoption.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to validate disclosure information.
• Assist with ad hoc projects as needed.
