Job Title: Manager/Senior Manager of SEC Reporting

Our publicly traded client in the Richmond, VA area is seeking a hands-on Manager/Senior Manager of SEC Reporting. This role involves overseeing all SEC reporting (10K/10Q/8Ks, etc.), XBRL compliance, financial consolidations, SOX compliance, internal controls, corporate allocations, collaboration with year-end auditors, and supervising small teams. Excellent communication and presentation skills are essential, with significant interaction with the Corporate Controller, CFO, and other executives. A CPA, experience from Big4/National firms, and SEC reporting expertise are required.

Compensation: $160,000 - $170,000 + Bonus. Relocation assistance available.
