My client is one of the premier Alternative Investment Funds in the world. The firm has consistently outperformed its competitors with strategies across Private Equity, Real Estate, Credit, and Hedge Fund solutions. They offer tremendous exposure and growth potential and are constantly launching new funds and fund strategies.

They’re looking for an AVP/Manager to join their SEC Reporting Group, where you’d play a key role in preparing and reviewing 10-K/Q filings, financial disclosures, and other public company reporting.

This role offers the chance to work on complex SEC-registered private equity products, collaborate across multiple business lines, and contribute to high-visibility reporting initiatives—including climate/ESG-related disclosures. They’re particularly interested in candidates with strong public company reporting experience, ideally with a CPA and 5-12 years experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead SEC reporting role principally supporting SEC-registered private equity funds.
• Responsible for 10-K/Qs preparation and reporting across multiple registrants
• Researching, preparing and writing MD&A, financial disclosures and footnotes
• Review, editing and verification of public disclosures
• Disclosure data collection, summarization, analytical review and data analysis, work paper preparation, data presentation, graphics creation and audit coordination
• Processing SEC documents and maintaining control and integrity thereof
• Responsible for XBRL
• Partner with other groups to ensure complete data and disclosure collection, summarization and verification
• Ad hoc analysis and projects, such as climate/ESG-related work, disclosure research, etc.
