Job summary

Southeast Connections LLC is seeking a Drill Foreman for our Little Rock, AR project. The role oversees a field crew, ensuring work complies with installation and safety standards while focusing on safety, efficiency, and cost management.

You will manage field operations and ensure adherence to company procedures across local, state, and federal requirements. The candidate will supervise crew, train personnel, and coordinate with customers, inspectors, and subcontractors on site.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Five years of field foreman experience with gas installations.
• Valid driver’s license with clean record.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Three years of gas-pipeline construction and replacement experience.
• Strong interpersonal and team-oriented abilities.

Responsibilities

• Supervises a construction crew with hands-on assistance.
• Manages large projects with 5+ employees on the crew.
• Completes daily paperwork: timesheets, as-builts, production reports and other documentation.
• Trains crew members per safety policies.
• Serves as primary contact with customers, inspectors, subcontractors and vendors in the field.
• Monitors safety conditions and changes on site; maintains compliance.
• Ensures work aligns with installation standards and project schedule.

Position Overview:

Oversees a construction crew working on the job site, making sure work is compliant with installation and safetystandards. Manages field operations with a focus on safety, compliance, efficiency, cost management and innovation.Manages construction activities to ensure company procedures are followed and compliance is maintained relative to allapplicable local, state and federal requirements.

Essential Functions:

• Supervises construction crew, rendering hands-on assistance
• Ability to manage large projects with 5 or more employees on a crew
• Responsible for completing required paperwork on a daily basis including but not limited to: daily timesheets, as-builtsor service cards, daily production reports, traceability documentation, and customer pay sheets
• Train crew members in accordance with company safety policies
• Serve as a single point of contact with customers, inspectors, subcontractors and vendors performing work in thefield
• Supervise the daily operations in accordance with job specifications and customer requirements while continuallymonitoring the site for changing safety conditions and related issues
• Monitor the progress of the crew to ensure satisfactory job completion, keeping construction progress in line withthe overall project schedule and cost estimate
• Oversees all work is compliant with installation standards

Education Preferred:

High school diploma

Experience Required:

Proficient knowledge of gas installation techniques and standards

Preferred:

Five (5) years of field experience as a foreman, valid driver’s license with clean Driving record, excellentcommunications and interpersonal skills, minimum three (3) years gas-pipeline construction and replacement experience,strong interpersonal, team-oriented skills.

Special Knowledge/Skills Required:

Proficient knowledge of gas installation techniques and standards, attention to detailorganization skills, management skills, and the ability to read and draft blueprints (as-builts).
