Frank, Rimerman + Co. LLP in Salt Lake City (Lehi area) seeks an Audit Associate to join our growing SEC Audit practice.

This role is based in our Salt Lake City office with in-person work at least three days per week, starting early September 2027, supporting clients across SaaS, technology, software, and life sciences. You will attend client meetings, participate in all audit phases, apply analytical skills, and work with PCAOB standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's in accounting.
• Graduation date August 2027 or earlier.
• Educational requirements for CPA licensure completed prior to start date.
• Minimum GPA of 3.2, higher major GPA preferred.
• Clear, professional written and oral communication.

Overview

Frank, Rimerman + Co. LLP is seeking driven, passionate, and collaborative individuals to join our growing SEC Audit practice! This position will be based in our Salt Lake City office in Lehi, UT with the expectation to be in-person at least three days per week. The group start date will be early September 2027.

Our Public Company Practice specializes in providing audit and assurance services to a wide range of industries including but not limited to SaaS, technology, software, and life sciences companies. We focus on high-growth, innovation-driven environments, ensuring compliance with SEC regulations and PCAOB standards. As an Audit Associate you will develop technical, professional, leadership and interpersonal skills to establish a successful and long-lasting career!

Responsibilities

• Attend client meetings and engagement planning meetings
• Participate in all phases of the audit process including testing, reviews, and examinations
• Apply analytical and technical skills to complete audit workpapers and procedures
• Utilize an understanding of PCAOB and generally accepted auditing standards, common audit procedures, and techniques
• Research and analyze financial statement and audit related issues
• Collaborate with a diverse group of talented audit professionals

Qualifications

• Completion of a Bachelor's and/or Master's program with a concentration in accounting
• Final graduation date of August 2027 or prior
• Educational requirements for CPA licensure completed prior to start date
• Minimum GPA of 3.2, with a higher major GPA preferred
• Demonstrates clear, professional written and oral communication

Salary

The salary range for this role is $71,000 - $83,000. The pay range reflects the Salt Lake City region and compensation will be adjusted for each candidate based on their individual geographic location of work.
