Four Seasons Palm Beach is seeking a Mixologist to provide exceptional beverage service while upholding the highest standards of quality and guest satisfaction. You will lead the bar experience by preparing cocktails, wine, beer, and non-alcoholic beverages in a welcoming atmosphere.

As a member of the Food & Beverage team at Seaway, you will collaborate with culinary and service colleagues to deliver seamless food and beverage execution, maintain bar cleanliness, and ensure accurate guest

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous bartending or hospitality experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of cocktails, spirits, wine, beer.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to deliver attentive service in a fast-paced setting.
• English proficiency.
• Flexible evenings, weekends, and holidays.

About the role:

The Mixologistis responsible forproviding exceptional beverage service whilemaintainingthe highest standards of quality, presentation, and guest satisfaction. This role takes ownership of the bar experience by preparing and serving cocktails, wine, beer, and non-alcoholic beverages while creating a welcoming and engaging atmosphere for guests. This position is part of the Food & Beverage team at Seaway and reports to Food & Beverage Management.

What you will do:

• Prepare and serve cocktails, wine, beer, and non-alcoholic beverages according to Four Seasons standards

• Deliver exceptional, personalized service while creating memorable guest experiences

• Build relationships with new and returning guests andanticipatetheir preferences whenever possible

• Demonstrate expert knowledge of spirits, wines, beers, cocktails, and menu offerings

• Make beverage recommendations and enhance the guest experience through product knowledge and storytelling

• Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar and service area

• Ensure proper stock levels of liquor, wine, beer, glassware, garnishes, juices, and house-made ingredients

• Collaborate with culinary and service teams to ensure seamless food and beverage execution

• Assistin merchandising beverage offerings and promoting specialty food and beverage features

• Support inventory controls andmaintainaccurateguest checks through point-of-sale systems

• Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, and alcohol service regulations

• Assistother Food & Beverage outlets when business levels requireadditionalsupport

What you bring:

• High school diploma or equivalent experience

• Previous bartending, mixology, or hospitality experience preferred

• Strong knowledge of cocktails, spirits, wine, beer, and beverage preparation

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to provide attentive and professional guest service in a fast-paced environment

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to consistency

• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
