Four Seasons Palm Beach seeks a skilled Mixologist to deliver exceptional beverage service at our luxury resort. You will craft cocktails, wine, beer, and non‑alcoholic beverages while maintaining Four Seasons standards and a welcoming atmosphere.

You will build relationships with guests, anticipate preferences, and demonstrate deep knowledge of spirits, wines, and menu offerings. A fast-paced environment requires professionalism and attention to detail.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent experience.
• Previous bartending, mixology, or hospitality experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of cocktails, spirits, wine, beer, and beverage preparation.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to provide attentive and professional guest service in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to consistency.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve cocktails, wine, beer, and non‑alcoholic beverages according to Four Seasons standards.
• Deliver exceptional, personalized service while creating memorable guest experiences.
• Build relationships with new and returning guests and anticipate their preferences whenever possible.
• Demonstrate expert knowledge of spirits, wines, beers, cocktails, and menu offerings.
• Make beverage recommendations and enhance the guest experience through product knowledge and storytelling.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar and service area.
• Ensure proper stock levels of liquor, wine, beer, glassware, garnishes, juices, and house‑made ingredients.
• Collaborate with culinary and service teams to ensure seamless food and beverage execution.
• Assist in merchandising beverage offerings and promoting specialty food and beverage features.
• Support inventory controls and maintain accurate guest checks through point‑of‑sale systems.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, and alcohol service regulations.
• Assist other Food & Beverage outlets when business levels require additional support

About the role:

The Mixologist is responsible for providing exceptional beverage service while maintaining the highest standards of quality, presentation, and guest satisfaction. This role takes ownership of the bar experience by preparing and serving cocktails, wine, beer, and non‑alcoholic beverages while creating a welcoming and engaging atmosphere for guests. This position is part of the Food & Beverage team at Seaway and reports to Food & Beverage Management.

What you will do:
