Qualifications

• JD/Doctor of Law required, WA bar admission in good standing.
• Active Washington State Bar membership in good standing.
• 2–5 years of attorney experience.
• Workers' Compensation experience preferred (plaintiff or defense).
• Experience reviewing medical claims and drafting briefs.

Responsibilities

• Conduct trial depositions (medical and fact witness).
• Draft legal briefs.
• Manage hearings and take testimony.
• Travel as necessary to conduct discoveries and for court appearances.
• Craft legal briefs targeted to their audience with compelling narratives for motions.
• Demonstrable track record for successfully litigating cases.
• Build relationships with clients, partners, and team members.
• Reviewing and analyzing medical claims.
• Manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong legal research and communication skills, both written and verbal.
