Express Employment Professionals - North Seattle, WA is seeking a Warehouse Associate in Seattle to accurately pick and pack customer orders, prepare shipments, and stage pallets for outbound delivery.

You will receive training on RF scanners, stock inventory, and safety procedures while maintaining a clean work area. The role supports a team-oriented warehouse and requires the ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of warehouse experience preferred.
• Forklift experience is a plus but not required.
• Ability to lift to 50 lbs and stand for most of the shift.
• Comfortable using basic warehouse equipment (pallet jack, scanner, etc.).
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Dependable, punctual, and able to work well in a team environment.
• Willingness to learn and take direction.

Responsibilities

• Accurately pick and pack customer orders.
• Prepare shipments, print labels, and stage pallets for outbound delivery.
• Receive incoming freight, verify counts, and stock inventory.
• Use RF scanners or handheld devices to track inventory.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area.
• Assist with cycle counts and general warehouse tasks as needed.
• Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines.
