Job summary

Adecco is hiring for a Warehouse Associate in Everett, WA to support safe and efficient warehouse operations. You will load/unload materials, pick, pack, and kit orders, and operate RF/barcode scanners and the warehouse management system.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• At least 1 year of warehouse experience.
• Proficiency with handheld scanners and material handling equipment, including RF scanning guns.
• Strong communication skills in English (reading, writing, speaking).
• Ability to stand, walk, or sit for extended periods and perform physical tasks including bending and lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Positive, team-oriented attitude with flexibility for overtime as needed.
• Reliable transportation required; public transit is unavailable.

Responsibilities

• Safely load and unload materials, ensuring smooth warehouse operations.
• Pick, pack, scan, and kit products accurately to fulfill customer orders.
• Operate RF scanners, barcode scanners, and warehouse management systems with precision.
• Maintain a clean, organized workspace following the 7S methodology for safety and efficiency.
• Collaborate with team members to adhere to safety protocols and ensure daily operational excellence.
